Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged 18 - 75 years; 2. Patients with previous history of abdominal and pelvic surgery and radiotherapy; 3. Patients with obvious obstruction symptoms, including 'pain, vomiting, distension, closure', etc.; 4. Complete abdominal CT (or enhanced CT) imaging examination after admission, and diagnose the patients with small intestinal obstruction; 5. Patients with ECoG score 0 / 1 before operation; 6. Patients with preoperative ASA score I-III; 7. Patients and family members who can understand the study protocol and are willing to participate in the study shall provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Patients with severe mental illness; 3. Patients with extensive abdominal metastasis confirmed by imaging or pathology; 4. After admission, the whole abdominal CT (or enhanced CT) imaging examination was completed, and the patients diagnosed with large bowel obstruction (cases; 2; Colorectal cancer, fecal calculus, long bowel and / or volvulus, etc.); 5. Patients with small intestinal obstruction not caused by abdominal adhesion confirmed by intraoperative exploration or pathology are caused by other causes, such as incarcerated hernia, obstructive lesions (malignant and benign), and some rare causes of intestinal obstruction, such as calculus, inflammatory bowel disease and volvulus; 6. Patients with unstable angina or myocardial infarction within 6 months; 7. Patients with history of cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage within 6 months; 8. Patients with a history of continuous systemic corticosteroid therapy within 1 month.
