Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Those patients who are mainly diagnosed as "congenital heart disease" are in line with the indications of cardiac surgery and plan to undergo cardiac surgery in our hospital; 2. Patients over 6 years old voluntarily participate in and sign the informed consent, and minors need to sign both the guardian and the patient; 3. The general condition of the subjects can accept all examination, treatment and follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with congenital heart disease who do not meet the indications of cardiac surgery or have contraindications to cardiac surgery; 2. Patients with other serious eye diseases (uveitis, iris redness, glaucoma, hypertensive retinopathy, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, retinal detachment, retinitis pigmentosa, severe refractive stromal opacity, high myopia, etc.); 3. Patients who have undergone intraocular surgery (such as vitrectomy, retinal surgery, etc.); 4. Patients with systemic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, end-stage renal disease, autoimmune diseases, etc.
