Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with knee osteoarthritis who underwent unilateral TKA for the first time; 2. American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) score < Grade IV; 3. Aged < 80 years; 4. Weight 45-70kg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mental and neurological diseases; 2. Drug dependence; 3. Morphine or local anesthetic allergy history; 4. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 5. Severe arrhythmia; 6. History of stroke and angina; 7. Lower limb neuropathy; 8. Opioids (morphine, oxycodone, methadone, Patients with daily intake of fentanyl (currently being used daily); 9. Alcohol or drug abuse and tolerance of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
