21 Years to 34 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade: I, II; 2. Aged 18 to 35 years primipara; 3. BMI 23-33; 4. Gestational age: natural labor, 37-42 weeks; 5. The dilatation of uterine orifice was less than 4cm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Parturient refused to give birth analgesia; 2. Other analgesics have been used; 3. Puncture site infection; 4. Coagulation disorders; 5. Multiple, preterm birth; 6. Allergic to local anesthetics; 7. Pregnancy complications (premature rupture of membranes, hypertension, hyperglycemia, eclampsia, etc.); 8. Cerebrospinal fluid leakage.
