18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Tissue or pathology diagnosed as cancer; (2) Aged >= 18 years old and = 2 months; (5) There is cancer-related pain (NRS score 4-10 points) and has never used opioid analgesics; (6) Have normal cognitive ability to record the relief of cancer pain; (7) No intestinal obstruction, dysphagia and other special circumstances where oral analgesics cannot be taken.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients during pregnancy and lactation; (2) Severe liver and kidney dysfunction, multiple organ failure and cachexia, etc.; (3) Patients with mental system disease.
