Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Because of early esophageal cancer or precancerous lesions (limited to moderate and severe dysplasia), esophageal ESD is necessary, and the extent of mucosal dissection is more than 50% of the esophageal peritubular area. 2) The age is between 18 and 80 years old. 3) CT examination excluded lymph node metastasis. 4) Serious cardiopulmonary diseases were excluded, and there were no contraindications to general intravenous anesthesia and operation. 5) They agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Preoperative diagnosis was invasive esophageal cancer or tumor recurrence. 2) Other diseases of the esophagus, such as: congenital anatomical abnormalities; esophageal motility disorders with dysphagia symptoms; esophageal varices; functional diseases of the esophagus; more severe reflux esophagitis (Los Angeles classification, C and D). 3) Allergic to botulinum toxin type A. 4) Pregnant or lactating women. 5) Other ESD related contraindications.
