Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Only those who meet all the following conditions can be regarded as eligible patients (1) Age: over 18 years old, regardless of gender; (2) Those who voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form; (3) Patients with indication of urinary catheterization.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Those who meet any of the following criteria should not participate in the study: (1) Previous allergy to latex or silver, gold, palladium ions; (2) Immunosuppressive status or long-term use of steroid drugs; (3) Patients who need long-term antibiotic treatment; (4) The patients had indwelling catheter at admission or had urinary tract infection before catheterization; (5) It is impossible to indwelling catheterization through urethra.
