Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Proven renal insufficiency before injection of contrast medium; 3. Receiving at least once iodine contrast injection during hospitalization; 4. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hyperthyroidism without cure; 2. Patients has known allergies to iodine or any prior history of adverse reaction to iodinated CM; 3. The interval time between two adjacent injections of contrast agent was less than 72h; 4. Nephrotoxic drugs, including but not limited to aminoglycosides, amphotericin B, NSAIDs, platinum compounds, cyclosporine A, tacrolimus, adefovir, tenofovir, etc., were used between 24 hours before the first contrast injetion and 72 hours after that; 5. Patients who have not received hydration treatment according to the guidelines; 6. Patients who received more than two different iodine contrast media during hospitalization; 7. Patients have participated in another drug/instrument study or undergoing another drug/instrument study; 8. Patients in whom the investigators consider inappropriate to participate in this study,including but not limited to pregnantlactatingalcoholicspsychotic, etc.
