Age
18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-35 years; Voluntary and cooperative; No history of cigarette or betel intake; Good oral hygiene; No dental or periodontal diseases; No cyst or other lesions around the mandibular third molar and no local inflammation. Eligible patients were diagnosed with completely unerupted, middle-lower mandibular impacted third molars with radiological evaluation and oral examinations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Anaesthetic allergy history; Acute inflammation; Systemic diseases(heart disease hypertension diabetes); Pregnant or lactating women; Intake history of anticoagulant.
