18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Choose elective line of anal fistula and the patients with mixed hemorrhoid surgery, or female, aged 18 to 60 years, BMI20-25 kg/m2, ASA I or II level.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with skin infection at the puncture site, allergy to local anesthetics, coagulation dysfunction, chronic pain or spinal lesions, history of mental and nervous system diseases, craniocerebral injury and other uncooperative patients. 2. This project does not involve vulnerable groups such as minors, pregnant women, the mentally ill, prisoners, the terminally ill, the poor/uninsured, the cognitively impaired, the illiterate, researchers' staff, students, research institutes, and sponsors' staff. 3. Patients or family members who refuse to participate in the study can drop out at any time.
