Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) The 75g glucose tolerance test at 24-28 weeks of intra - natal examination met the diagnostic criteria of GDM in 2017 Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of type 2 diabetes: 0min 5.1-7.0mmol/L, 60min >= 10.0mmol/L, 120min 8.5-11.1mmol/L, and "GDM" was diagnosed when blood glucose reached the standard at more than one time point. 2) After at least one week of diet and exercise therapy, blood glucose can not be controlled to the standard (fasting blood glucose > 5.3mmol/L, 2 hours after meal blood glucose BBB > 7 mmol/L), and insulin hypoglycemic therapy is needed; 3) Single pregnancy; 4) to be delivered in our hospital; 5) Informed consent of patients to participate in this randomized controlled trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Previous history of diabetes; 2) Patients with chronic diseases (such as middle or late stage nephropathy) or who are taking medications that may affect the outcome of pregnancy.
