Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18~80 years, gender unlimited; 2. The patient was diagnosed as a patient with knee osteoarthritis that failed to be treated conservatively. 3. Patients who were assessed by the investigator as needing a first unilateral total knee replacement; 4. Subsubjects fully understood the benefits and risks of this study, and were willing to participate in and sign the informed consent form for patients with primary TKA, with more patients meeting the criteria and high feasibility.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI > 35 kg/m2; 2. Patients with heart, lung and other important organ failure; 3. Abnormal liver and kidney function, combined with consciousness disorder or mental illness; 4. Have a history of open knee surgery; 5. There are neuromuscular dysfunction affecting lower limb function; 6. Patients with severe disorder of coagulation function; 7. Severe internal and surgical diseases or physical weakness, unable to tolerate surgery; 8. Severe unstable and ligament-preserved TKA cannot be cured; 9. Active infection foci in the body (systemic or local infection lesions); 10. There were severe osteoporosis, metabolic bone disease, radioactive bone disease and tumor around the knee joint.
