18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) The age ranged from 18 to 40 years old; 2) Severe (Pillsbury III, IV) acne patients; 3) Voluntary participation and informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) The face is suffering from other skin diseases that may aggravate the disease, or the researchers believe that this disease may affect the judgment of the test results; 2) Allergic to the test drug or hypersensitive system; 3) Pregnant and lactating patients; 4) Secondary acne patients, such as occupational acne and acne caused by sebaceous steroids; 5) Patients who took oral antibiotics, glucocorticoids, spironolactones and other anti androgens and other acne drugs within 4 weeks before the trial; or patients who used physical therapy for acne; or patients who were treated with salicylic acid and fructic acid; or patients who used other acne drugs for external use within 2 weeks; 6) The patients who took retinoids orally within 2 months before the trial (6 months for retinoids); 7) Patients who had a history of facial injection or surgery 2 months before the trial; 8) Patients with immunodeficiency disease; 9) Scar constitution and fear of acupuncture.
