The control group:PPI8 weeks + mucosal protectant 8 weeks

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with RPUD in our hospital between February 2021 and December 2021. (1) Age above 16, male or female. (2) Peptic ulcer was found by electronic gastroscopy, and pathological biopsy was performed to rule out malignant changes of ulcer. (3) Routine PPI treatment (DU8 weeks, GU12 weeks). (4) Patients with Hp infection, Hp turned negative after Hp eradication, but the ulcer was still not healed. (5) Agree to receive hyperbaric oxygen treatment and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Gastrinoma. (2) People with severe heart and lung disease, nervous system disease, shock, coma and other intolerant diseases. (3) Patients who could not tolerate hyperbaric oxygen therapy. (4) After hyperbaric oxygen treatment, there are obvious side effects, such as vision loss, muscle twitching, epileptic seizure, etc.
