30 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Have signs and symptoms of heart failure; 2. Structural heart disease (left ventricular hypertrophy, left atrial enlargement) and/or diastolic dysfunction; 3. Plasma ventricular natriuretic peptide (BNP) or NT-proBNP level increased.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital heart disease; 2. Patients with acute myocardial infarction; 3. Patients with severe arrhythmia; 4. Patients with aortic dissection and aortic aneurysm; 5. Malignant tumor patients; 6. Severe hepatic and renal dysfunction; 7. Severe lung disease; 8. Severe anemia; 9. Severe thyroid dysfunction; 10. Patients with irregular medication and poor compliance.
