18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who were selected for unilateral hip replacement surgery, regardless of gender, aged 18-65 years, body mass index 18-25kg/m2, American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status I–III, voluntarily participated in and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have hip replacement surgery not for traumatic fracture and allergy to local anesthetics, lower limb motor function was abnormal, has a history of opioid or non opioid analgesic drug allergy, emergency surgery.
