Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients (aged > 18 years) undergoing posterior thoracic or lumbar surgery or both; 2) General anesthesia with endotracheal intubation; 3) ASA classification: I-III; 4) BMI 18-30kg/m2 5) Conscious and stable.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) The patients refused; 2) Suffering from mental illness and unable to cooperate; 3) Arrhythmia; 4) Severe hypertension (>= 180/100 mmHg); 5) Complicated with severe heart disease (new york Heart Association grade III-IV, left ventricular ejection fraction 50% normal value, creatinine increase > 50% normal value upper limit); 10) Those who are unable to implement the monitoring means required for this study due to various reasons.
