18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 ~ 80 years of age, gender is not limited; 2. Patients diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis who failed conservative treatment; 3. Patients requiring the first unilateral total knee arthroplasty were assessed by researchers; 4. Participants were fully aware of the benefits and risks of the trial and were willing to participate in and sign informed consent for initial TKA patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI > 35kg / m2 ; 2. Combined with disturbance of consciousness or mental illness ; 3. Have a history of open knee surgery ; 4. Neuromuscular dysfunction affects lower limb function ; 5. Patients with severe coagulation disorders ; 6. Combined with severe internal and surgical diseases or physical weakness, unable to tolerate surgery ; 7. TKA with severe instability and ligament preservation cannot be cured ; 8. There were active infection foci in the body (systemic or local infection lesions); 9. Severe osteoporosis, metabolic bone disease, radiation bone disease, tumor around knee joint.
