Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who clearly diagnosed as neuroimmune diseases and treated with TPE were consecutively enrolled. Diagnostic criteria refer to the Chinese guidelines, including myasthenia gravis, neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders, autoimmune encephalitis, Guillain-Barré syndrome. Each TPE procedure of these patients was taken as the observation object.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Medication history of other anticoagulants or antiplatelet drugs besides commonly anticoagulants (heparin, low molecular weight heparin) during TPE procedure; (2) pregnant or lactating women; (3) severe liver failure; (4) presence of malignant tumors.
