40 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged >= 40 years; 2.Patients with BPH and clinical manifestations of BOO.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who meet one of the following conditions: 1. Unwilling or unsuitable for surgical treatment; 2. Suffering from cystitis and/or urinary tract infection within one month; 3. Once or now suffering from urinary system tumor; 4. History of bladder surgery; 5. Other systemic diseases accumulate in bladder; 6. Due to other reasons, the researchers think he/she is not suitable to be included.
