Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Application of Neonatal Pain Assessment Scale in Acute Procedural Pain: (1) Hospitalized neonates underwent procedural pain; (2) Parents understood the purpose of the study and volunteered to participate in the study. 2. Application of Neonatal Pain Assessment Scale in Postoperative Pain: (1) Gestational age >= 28 weeks; (2) Parents understood the purpose of the study and volunteered to participate in the study. 3. Application of Neonatal Pain Assessment Scale in Mechanical Ventilation Pain: (1) Gestational age >= 28 weeks; (2) Parents understood the purpose of the study and volunteered to participate in the study. 4. Application of Neonatal Pain Assessment Scale in Chronic Pain: (1) Hospitalized neonates diagnosed with neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis; (2) Conservative medical treatment was performed according to the treatment plan; (3) Parents understood the purpose of the study and volunteered to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Application of Lan's Neonatal Pain Scale in Acute Procedural Pain: (1) neonates who used sedatives and analgesics; (2) neonates with severe damage to the central nervous system (III/IV intraventricular hemorrhage) that may affect pain presentation; (3) dying neonates; (4) neonates with mechanical ventilation; (5) neonates with hypotonia; (6) neonates with consciousness disorder 2.pplication of Lan's Neonatal Pain Scale in Postoperative Pain: (1) neonates with facial deformity or physical disability; (2) neonates with neuromuscular diseases, such as hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (3) neonates with mechanical ventilation (4) critically ill neonates or in the stage of disease mutation. 3. Application of Lan's Neonatal Pain Scale in Mechanical Ventilation Pain: (1) neonates with facial deformity or physical disability; (2) neonates with disorder of consciousness; (3) neonates with neuromuscular diseases; (4) neonates who use neuromuscular blockers continuously. 4. Application of Lan's Neonatal Pain Scale in Chronic Pain: (1) neonates with facial deformity or physical disability; (2) neonates with disorder of consciousness; (3) neonates with neuromuscular diseases; (4) dying neonates.
