38 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Adults aged 38 and 85 years. (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for osteoarthritis set by the American College of Rheumatology in 2009: knee pain plus radiological evidence within the past month and meet at least one of the following: age over 50 years old; morning stiffness less than 30 minutes; friction during knee movement Feeling / sound. (3) X-ray evidence of knee osteoarthritis is 1, 2, 3,or 4 (keligren lawrence radiological score): 0 (normal) no abnormalities in the joints; 1 (suspected) joint space can be narrowed and osteophytes can be present; 2 (Mild) with obvious osteophytes, joint space can be narrowed; 3 (moderate) moderate osteophytes, joint space narrowing is more obvious, with sclerotic changes; 4 (severe) a large number of osteophytes, joint space is significantly narrowed, Severe sclerosis and obvious deformities. (4) Hemoglobin concentration high 11 g/dL or platelet count high 150,000 /uL.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Acute, infectious diseases (including local skin infections) or other systemic diseases; (2) Knee function is affected by other neurological or musculoskeletal disorders, such as stroke, fracture, and rheumatoid arthritis; (3) Pregnant or lactating women; (4) Severe cardiopulmonary diseases and severe liver and renal insufficiency; (5) History of knee surgery, received intra-knee injection treatment in recent 6 months; (6) Combined with cognitive impairment or mental disorder, unable to cooperate with treatment or follow-up; (7) Severe pronation deformity of the knee, with pronation greater than 5 degrees.
