Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Selected patients must meet all the below criteria: 1. aged between 18 and 85 years; 2. can be diagnosed as sepsis according to the "sepsis-3", and be charged in an intensive care unit; 3. the expression of HLA-DR in monocytes are less than 8000 cites/cell.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Selected patients must without one of the below criteria: 1. have accepted the therapy of GM-CSF or G-CSF before being chosen; 2. be allergic to GM-CSF; 3. have an immune dysfunctional complication, such as connective tissue disease, acquired immune deficiency syndrome, anti-rejection of transplants and so on; 4. be with an uncontrolled malignant tumor or pregnant; 5. have other reasons that are not suitable for clinical trials.
