Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18-80 year old male indirect inguinal hernia scrotal hernia (standing hernia sac bottom to top of scrotum).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Can not tolerate general anesthesia surgery hypohepatia Incarcerated hernia Surgical history of abdominal and pelvic (malignant tumor) Direct hernia recurrent hernia.
