Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the Diagnostic Criteria for Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease issued by the Ministry of Health in 2010; (2) According to the Expert consensus on Sports Rehabilitation after percutaneous coronary intervention in China, patients with low risk were stratified according to the risk of cardiac rehabilitation; (3) Between the ages of 18 and 65 years; (4) Without cognitive impairment, the person or the primary caregiver will use a smartphone; (5) The patient agrees to the rehabilitation plan and undertakes to cooperate with the implementation of the rehabilitation plan.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Learning disabilities, impaired understanding or judgment; (2) Those who cannot keep rehabilitation exercise due to physical movement disorders caused by diseases or other reasons.
