Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 18 years old; 2. Patients diagnosed and treated in ICU; 3. Patients meeting sepsis 3.0 diagnostic criteria for severe sepsis: infection and SOFA score >= 2; 4. Patients with osteoporosis: t value measured by bone densitometer was less than 2.5; 5. Patients who agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe renal insufficiency; 2. Patients with severe cardiac insufficiency: NYHA grade IV patients; 3. Patients with active liver disease or severe liver dysfunction; 4. HIV patients; 5. Patients with long-term use of corticosteroids or immunosuppressants and organ transplantation; 6. Pregnant women and lactating women; 7. Patients with malignant tumor; 8. Patients undergoing surgery in ICU during hospitalization; 9. Patients with a history of drug allergy to zoledronic acid and calcitriol.
