Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged over 18 years; 2. Patients with moderate to severe left heart failure (NYHA class II - IV); 3. Patients with osteoporosis: t value measured by bone densitometer was less than 2.5; 4. Patients who agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute heart failure; 2. Patients with myocardial infarction; 3. Patients who have undergone cardiac surgery; 4. Patients who took antiarrhythmic drugs known to have side effects on heart failure within 2 weeks (enkani, flucani, propimide, propafenone, etc.); 5. Patients with severe renal insufficiency; 6. Patients with active liver disease or severe liver dysfunction; 7. HIV patients; 8. Patients with long-term use of corticosteroids or immunosuppressants and organ transplantation; 9. Pregnant and lactating women; 10. Patients with malignant tumor; 11. Patients with a history of drug allergy to zoledronic acid and calcitriol.
