18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-65 years old can cooperate with postoperative functional exercise; 2. In patients with traumatic elbow dysfunction, the ROM of elbow joint is less than 100 ° 3. Patients who can cooperate with long-term clinical follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with wrist joint dysfunction or ulnar and radial shaft malunion that affect forearm rotation function; 2. Patients with other situation which can not cooperate with the treatment; 3. Patients with severe diabetes, liver and kidney insufficiency, severe osteoporosis, organic heart disease and arrhythmia, women with positive pregnancy test or lactation, men and women with recent family planning, and those with allergic history to non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
