Age
18 Years to 43 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) The patients aged 18-43 years old, without contraception or pregnancy for more than 1 year, or repeated pregnancy failure patients with two or more consecutive pregnancy failure and fetal loss before 28 weeks of pregnancy; 2) Normal birth women aged 18-43 years without infertility or repeated pregnancy failure.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: If one of them is met, it is excluded, including: 1) Abnormal uterine anatomy: uterine malformation; 2) Genetic factors: chromosomal abnormalities in both men and women; 3) Infertility caused by male factors: oligospermia, asthenospermia or dysspermia; 4) It is clear that the factor of previous pregnancy failure is embryo factor; 5) Vaginal leucorrhea examination is abnormal, or gynecological examination has pelvic tenderness, suspected vaginitis or pelvic inflammatory disease.
