Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute-on-chronic liver failure admitted to the department of infectious; 2. According to the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of liver failure (2018 Edition) issued by the liver failure and artificial liver group of infectious diseases branch of Chinese Medical Association and the severe liver disease and artificial liver group of Hepatology branch of Chinese Medical Association in 2018, it meets the diagnostic criteria of acute-on-chronic liver failure. 3. Aged > 16 years old or < 65 years; 4. The subject or legal representative is willing to enter the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with tumor diseases; 2. Previous diagnosis of other organ failure (heart failure, respiratory failure, renal failure, etc.) in Grade 3A hospital.
