18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Volunteer to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form; 2) Aged 18-45 years; 3) Single birth, head position, full-term pregnancy (37-42 weeks) primipara; 4) Request for epidural labor analgesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) There are contraindications for epidural anesthesia, such as occupation in the spinal canal, abnormal blood coagulation function, infection of the puncture site, etc.; 2) ASA classification >= IV; 3) Patients who intend to undergo elective cesarean section; 4) The patient's body temperature >= 37.5 degrees C before receiving labor analgesia.
