18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 yearsno limitation of gender; 2. Diagnosed with liver cirrhosis and intended for first TIPS; 3. No serious complications; 4. Consented to the following tests: 1) Hematological tests; 2) Gastroscopic examination and gastric mucosa biopsy (gastric fundus, gastric body, gastric antrum); 3) Ultrasonic examination; 5. Able to receive subsequent?visit and follow-up examination on time; 6. Willing to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unwilling to undergo gastroscopy or contraindication; 2. Antibiotics, probiotics and PPI taken within 1 month before enrollment; 3. Previous treatments with surgical shunt; 4. History of liver or stomach surgery; 5. Subjective unwillingness to continue the clinical study; 6. Severe major organ failure (heart, lung, kidney, etc.), severe infection and non-hepatic malignancies; 7. Any medical or non-medical condition that the researcher considers unfit to participate in.
