Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the age of 130/80 mmHg, plasma aldosterone to renin activity ratio (ARR) positive, choose normal saline test, oral high sodium load Test, fludrocortisone inhibition test or captopril test is positive to confirm the diagnosis of protoketosis; 3. Obtain a doctor's order to test for aldosterone; 4. Receive vancomycin treatment at the same time; 5. Have a complete and reliable operation record; 6. The patient signs the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have severe heart and lung disease; have chronic liver and kidney disease; have chronic liver and kidney disease; pregnant and lactating women.
