Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged >= 18 years; 2.Patients after upper abdominal surgery, including subtotal gastrectomy, pancreaticoduodenectomy, partial hepatectomy, lower esophageal tumor resection; 3.Patients or family members signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are suffering severe pain and cannot meet the criteria of early mobilization.
