18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with liver cancer diagnosed by pathological examination or no histological results but a history of hepatitis and cirrhosis confirmed by laboratory examination, with typical imaging features, and/or AFP >= 400ug/L for more than 1 month or >= 200ug /L for more than 2 months; 2. Cannot or refuse to accept surgery; 3. Serum selenium = 3 months; 6. Hepatic function is normal or Child-Pugh score is A / B; 7. KPS score >=60 points; 8. Patients and their family members are aware of the treatment plan of this study and signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy or lactation; 2. Suspected of embryogenic tumors of the reproductive system or active hepatitis; 3. Being receiving other anti-tumor treatments or within 3 months after the end of other treatments; 4. Severe heart, lung, kidney and Neuropsychiatric dysfunction cannot tolerate TACE treatment; 5. Those who are intolerant to test drugs.
