Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with diagnosed III-IV pancreatic cancer; 2. Have measurable or evaluable lesions on imaging, or have evaluable clinical observation indicators, such as abdominal pain and/or low back pain, loss of appetite, weight loss (and before the disease) Relative reduction>15%) etc.; 3. Serum selenium = 60 points; 5. Aged 18-75 years; 6. Estimated survival time>3 months; 7. New treatment or discontinuation of other anticancer treatments 4 Weeks or more; 8. Patients and their family members are aware of the treatment plan of this study and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe heart, liver, lung, and kidney damage; 2. Patients with mental illness; 3. Patients with hematological diseases; 4. Patients who have recently had immunosuppressants and participated in other experimental treatments.
