18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. After first-line standard chemotherapy with 5-Fu and two drugs, the curative effect evaluation is SD, PR or CR confirmed stage IV colorectal cancer patients; 2. Serum selenium = 60 points; 4. Aged 18-75 Years; 5. Patients and their families are aware of the treatment plan of this study and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with severe heart, liver, lung or kidney dysfunction; 2.Combined with mental illness; 3.Combined with other tumors; 4.Patients who are intoleranc to the test drug.
