Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects are grouped according to disease; 2. They re divided into obesity group, short stature group, hypothyroidism group and healthy control group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with primary hypothalamic and pituitary diseases; 2. Children with chromosomal abnormalities; 3. Children with severe infection, systemic diseases and other chronic wasting diseases; 4. Children who have used drugs that may affect endocrine hormone secretion, glucose and lipid metabolism and body composition.
