Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria of this study are patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures who can tolerate surgery and cooperate with postoperative functional exercise in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020. 1. Patients over 65 years old are not limited to men or women; 2. Patients with painful osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures; 3. Patients who signed the informed consent of the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria were as follows 1. Vertebral tuberculosis and bacterial infection; 2. Bleeding and coagulation dysfunction that cannot be corrected or has bleeding tendency; 3. Extensive and incomplete destruction of posterior edge of vertebral body; 4. Vertebral compression is more than 70%; 5. Two or more vertebral compression fractures. 6. Participating in clinical trials of other drugs or medical devices within 30 days before screening; 7. The researcher judged that the patient's compliance was poor and could not complete the study according to the requirements.
