Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) It meets the diagnostic criteria of depression in the DSM-V; (2) Subjects are 12-50 years old, gender is not limited; (3) Informed consent signed by the patient or legal guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for (DSM-V) bipolar disorder and other psychiatric disorders; (2) Cardiovascular disease risk, such as severe hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia and other diseases; (3) A history of substance dependence or abuse, such as alcohol, drugs, drug dependence, etc.
