Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a pathological diagnosis of necrobiosis lipoidica; 2. Patients with poor response to conventional therapies; 3. Patients with good compliance and able to participate regularly in follow-up visits.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe photosensitivity reactions; 2. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney diseases, hematopoietic system diseases, mental diseases and immunodeficiency diseases; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Allergic to the test drug and its components; 5. Researchers participating in other clinical trials; 6. The researcher thinks that it is not suitable to participate in this research.
