Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 66 volunteer patients, aged 18 ~ 65 years, American sociaty of Anesthesiologists I~III, Thoracic surgery,double lumen endotracheal intubation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Difficult airway, anesthetic drug allergy,cardiac IV level and above, the puncture site has trauma or infection, pregnant women, communication disorders, with no capacity or with limited capacity, any reason not to cooperate with research or the researchers think that should not be included in this test.
