18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Body mass index 30 kg / m2 < BMI < 40 kg / m2; (2) ASA grade II-III; (3) Aged 18-45 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Blood diseases or coagulation dysfunction; (2) Patients with infection at puncture site; (3) Patients allergic to local anesthetics; (4) Mental or nervous system diseases; (5) Patients allergic to analgesics (paracetamol, non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or opioids); (6) Communication barriers; (7) Changes in surgical methods.
