Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Type 2 diabetes patients aged 50-70 years; (2) The patient complained of cognitive impairment (including memory and/or other cognitive domains) for at least 3 months; (3) MMSE total score >= 20 (primary school) or >= 24 (middle school and above); Total CDR score = 0.5); (4) Normal or slightly impaired ability of daily living: the total scores of community affairs, housework and hobbies, self-care in CDR scale are <= 1.5;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Dementia patients; (2) Severe visual or hearing impairment; Severe aphasia; Unable to communicate normally; Physical disability; Serious limitation of daily activities or failure to complete neuropsychological tests and/or cognitive training due to any other reasons; (3) Severe neurological or psychological diseases: cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage with sequelae; Parkinson's syndrome; Epilepsy; Huntington's disease; Hydrocephalus; Inflammation; Trauma; Tumors, etc. Hamilton depression (HAMD24 items) > 20; Hamilton anxiety (HAMA14 items) > 14; Schizophrenia, etc. (4) Severe gastrointestinal, liver (ALT >= 3ULN), kidney (Cr >= 265umol/L), respiratory (severe pulmonary insufficiency), infection, endocrine (thyroid dysfunction), malnutrition (folic acid, VitB12 deficiency) or cardiovascular system diseases (severe cardiac insufficiency); Malignant tumor (< 5 years); AlCOholism, co or other toxic poisoning; Drug addiction; (5) Drugs that may affect cognitive function in recent 3 months, including sedatives, anti-anxiety drugs, sleeping pills, intelligence-promoting drugs, and cholinergic drugs; (6) Regular cognitive training in recent 3 months; (7) Brain MRI examination is not possible.
