19 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 75 years; 2. 24-hour pH monitoring indicates pathological acid reflux; 3. The course of disease is more than 1 year, responsiveness to PPIs, and PPI should be taken at least 3 times a day or at least 3 times a week to control reflux symptom control; 4. Endoscopically evidenced gastroscopy gastroesophageal reflux disc grade (GEFV grade) grade 2-3; 5. Lower than normal LES pressure(LES pressure lower than 15mmHg) detected by high-resolution esophageal manometry; 6. Willing to participate in this study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Sliding hiatal hernia > 3cm; 2. Endoscopically evidenced esophagitis or Barrett esophagus; 3. Suffering from other digestive system-related diseases, such as decompensated cirrhosis, acute / chronic pancreatitis, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, malignant tumor, etc.; 4. Previous upper gastrointestinal surgery; 5. Endoscopically evidenced other positive lesions not related to GERD, such as esophageal varices, esophageal and or gastric malignant tumors, ulcers, etc. 6. Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency or other diseases may cause the patient to be unable to tolerate relevant examination or treatment; 7. Pregnant.
