Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the diagnosis points of various kinds of cerebrovascular diseases approved by the 4th Academic Conference of Cerebrovascular Diseases in China in 1995, it was diagnosed as primary cerebral infarction and confirmed by brain CT or MRI. 2. Vital signs were stable, all patients had their first onset, the course of disease was >= 3 months, and balance and walking dysfunction were assessed. 3. The patients' functional ambulation category scale (FAC) grade was >= 3. 4. Never use drugs that affect balance, such as sedative and hypnotic drugs or antiepileptic drugs. 5. Agreed to participate in this research project, signed the informed consent, and passed the review of the ethics committee.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Important organs (heart, liver, lung, kidney) failure, malignant tumor and unstable condition. 2. Lower extremity pain caused by various reasons, limited mobility. 3. Severe disease, or severe bone and joint disease, unable to complete the training and evaluation. 4. Patients with visual impairment, unable to see the projected targets on the running belt. 5. The patient had vestibular organ disease.
