Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Men or women between 20 and 25 years old. 2. The height-to-weight ratio of the research object must meet the standard weight range of the body mass index BMI stipulated by the World Health Organization, that is, 18.5 kg/m2 <= BMI < 24 kg/m2. 3. The body is in good condition, without any exogenous or substantive diseases, such as colds, tumors, etc. 4. Cardiopulmonary function is normal, blood pressure is normal, systolic blood pressure is 90-139mmHg, diastolic blood pressure is 60-89mmHg. 5. Tongue examination is normal, with pale red tongue, thin white coating, and no nodules under the tongue. 6. Normal as per the diagnosis, the abdomen is soft without tenderness. 7. Urine and urine are normal, the stool is banana, and it is not sticky, the color of urine is light yellow, there is no discomfort when urinating, and the daily urine output is between 1000ml and 2000ml. 8. Join the experiment voluntarily and actively cooperate with the experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women in menstrual period. 2. People who have undergone surgery, such as heart bypass surgery, appendicitis surgery, tonsil surgery, etc. 3. Patients with congenital or acquired skeletal deformities, such as scoliosis, lumbar disc herniation, etc. 4. Patients with gastrointestinal diseases, such as gastric ulcer, chronic gastritis, etc. 5. People who are addicted to smoking or have a long history of smoking. 6. Have bad habits, such as irregular eating, snacking, less exercise, and inability to achieve normal exercise daily.
