Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: According to the diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia, depression, bipolar disorder in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-Fourth Edition IV (DSM-IV), at least two experienced psychiatrists make a consensus diagnosis. The age range is 18-55 years old; PANSS score >= 60 points at the time of enrollment; able to cooperate in completing the evaluation content of the project and obtain full informed consent. No serious physical diseases, including diabetes, hyperthyroidism, etc. There is no contraindication to MRI examination.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Other clear mental illnesses, a history of substance dependence; brain trauma, epilepsy, or other organic brain diseases; people with suicide attempts or thoughts; people undergoing electroconvulsive therapy; laboratory tests show liver and kidney damage or other Severe physical diseases and metabolic disorders; pregnant or lactating patients.
