Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years; 2. Fever (body temperature >=38 degree C), the duration of fever is within 10 days; 3. At least one respiratory symptom of any degree (mild, moderate, severe) (cough, sputum expectoration, sore throat, runny nose, stuffy nose); 4. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cannot cooperate with sampling; 2. People whose relevant inspections are incomplete; 3. The following people will not participate in this research, including: mentally ill, critically ill, pregnant women, illiterate, poor/uninsured, minors, cognitively impaired, students of PI or researchers, subordinates of co-researchers, Employees of the research unit or sponsor; 4. There are situations that other researchers think are not suitable for inclusion in the group.
