Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade I~III 2. Aged 18~80 years; 4. Patients undergoing awake fibreoptic intubtion; 5. Agree to participate in experimental observation and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with sinus bradycardia, atrioventricular block; 2.Inability to cooperate actively; 3.Related durg allergy.
